What’s Going Ahhhn…

This is a crazy good week in local music with a ton of awesome shows, plus you have TOSO and Cheap Hotels releasing records while The Woodworks will be recording a live one. Saturday is ridiculously stacked, but would you expect anything else? This week grows in intensity each day until at last it explodes in a weekend super nova of insanely awesome music everywhere.

When & Where: Tuesday, February 6th, 8pm at The Rogue Bar
Reasons To Attend: I trust Nate Shrake will kick off the evening right and that The Redemptions will close it out properly, and I’m guessing everything inbetween will add up to a pretty great night at The Rogue.
Other Details: Party on a Tuesday!
Surprisingly good music, cheap strong drinks.
Craig Citizen’s behind the bar, and Shannon’s at the door.
Come hang out with us. Your Super Bowl hangover should be gone by now, right?

When & Where: Tuesday, February 6th, 8pm at Double Nickel Collective

When & Where: Tuesday, February 6th, 8pm at Yucca Tap Room
Reasons To Attend: I don’t usually post a show without a flyer proper, but that’s a picture of Rebel Soul Revival, I’m not here to talk about them. I just caught Adero a couple weeks ago and I was pretty blown away, I don’t know if it’s schtick, but I like it and it works for me because it IS rock’n'roll, also Captive Cooks are phenomenal.

Reasons To Attend: TOSO will be releasing “The Cleanse” which I hope is a record. The Sink Or Swim will be there and they just released a fantastic record, Exxxtra Crispy will be there and they’re pretty much my favorite live band right now, I don’t know about Fear and Love, the band or the concepts. This show is aces.
